I approve of Golden Air registering and storing the data concerning my person,
which I submit on the next page, and of Golden Air collecting, registering storing and
compiling personal data about my person from other sources. The objective of
using, compiling and processing these data is to be able to
supply you with the service you ordered, in this case a flight. The details are stored
for the purpose of, amongst others, compiling passenger lists, which are submitted to the Civil Aviation Administration.

I also approve of Golden Air, along with its selected
partners, using, compiling and processing the data for the purpose of
offering and marketing their products and services to my benefit.
